Awards FAQs

Anyone can enter the awards, whether you are from the private, public, charity or voluntary sectors. We particularly encourage submissions from the NHS, blue light and SMEs.   You can enter on behalf of your own organisation or a client (please ensure you state your client’s name and have their permission).

No, we want to encourage as many organisations to be involved without any barriers to entry.  We would however encourage entrants to attend the event as delegates.  All winners will be given free entry to the entire event.

Yes, you can enter as many as you like but you do need  to complete a separate entry form for each category you are entering.  You can also submit for more than one initiative you are running.

Winners will be announced on Monday 15 March on the opening day of the event.  There is no formal announcement ceremony but winners will be posted on our events website.  If you are successful, you will then be asked to present your initiative to the conference audience on Friday 19 March as part of the conference programme.  This will be a pre-recorded short presentation introduced by the main judge and sponsor and followed by a live Q&A.

All finalists will be covered in our pre-event newsletters and on the website and virtual platform.  If you are successful, we will be sending you promotional material that you can use to promote the awards on your own website and social media. Winners will be covered in social media and news stories following the event and their presentations will be available on demand on the virtual platform for 30 days following the event.

All finalists will receive a certificate.  All winners will receive a certificate together with a trophy for display in your office.  We would also be happy to profile your successful work at our future events.
