Founded in 2011, EF training is the only UK based company providing bespoke training courses designed to address the impact of Compassion Fatigue.

Our training is unique and forms the cornerstone of our customers’ emotional health and safety programs. It was developed in conjunction with traumatologists, psychologists and sector-specific professionals with extensive experience working in a number of caring professions.

Our trainers are qualified and experienced healthcare professionals who have also completed courses in Compassion Fatigue with the Traumatology Institute and the International Association of Trauma professionals.

EF training works with organisations to ensure that Compassion Fatigue Training is tailored to the unique demands of the organisation to maximise its effectiveness.
