Obesity and Employment - What is The Role of Organisational Interventions for Health and Diet?

Obesity is a topic that a lot of people have an opinion on, but more commonly than not it is a negative one.  Obesity stigma is prevalent in all aspects of a person’s life, and the workplace is no different – people working with obesity are discriminated at all stages of the employment cycle.  The workplace as well as being a factor that can contribute to obesity, it can also be an arena in which interventions to help people living with obesity can be implemented.  But what is the evidence base around such interventions, and do current organisational interventions only serve the eat less, do more rhetoric?
