Understanding and Managing Neurodivergent Burnout Through an Intersectional Lens

12 Mar 2024
Neurodiversity

This session will provide lived experience – navigating through an intersectional lens as a neurodiverse and burnout. When you're neurodivergent, it can feel like you spend your whole life feverishly paddling just to stay above water, just to keep up with structures that are not designed for neurotypical pace of life around us – can impact a person to show up as ones whole-self. And we can only paddle for so long before we fall under water for a bit. That's when we experience neurodivergent burnout.

Chairperson
Prof Almuth McDowall, Professor of Organisational Psychology, Birkbeck University of London
Speakers
Marcia Brissett-Bailey, Top 50 Neurodivergent Women in the UK
