Utilising Occupational Health Effectively When Supporting Disabled Employees

The Disability Forum Survey and Report did not reflect Occupational Health favourably. There could be a number of reasons for this but there are ways that employers could utilise OH more effectively when supporting disabled employees and there are ways OH could improve delivery so as to be more effective. This session considers the responsibilities of both, based on the report and makes suggestions.
