Camila is the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at The Adecco Group UK & Ireland. As a black woman and the first in her family to attend university in Brazil, her personal experiences have fuelled her passion for creating equal opportunities for all. Camila started her career in Adecco in her home country and moved to UK recently, which she embraced as an opportunity to broaden her impact on a global scale. In her current role, she collaborates closely with clients guiding them in cultivating inclusive cultures, cultural sensitivity and tailored strategies that drive sustainable change. She is also an avid advocate for underrepresent communities and actively supports organizations in Brazil that promote educational opportunities for disadvantaged youth.
