Hilary is the Head of Workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as well as being Chair of the NHS Health at Work Network since April 2021.
Hilary is passionate about quality improvement and has been part of the SEQOHS assessor team since 2010. She has project managed MoHaWK, the national OH benchmarking & local audit tool since 2013
