Jain is Chair of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists special interest group for work and health and represents OTs at the panel discussion. She works as a senior research fellow with the University of Nottingham and is involved with a number of studies investigating vocational rehabilitation supporting people who have health conditions to stay at and return to work. Jain has published a book on vocational rehabilitation (VR) and is building on her scientific publications too. Jain has delivered a wide range of services to help people to remain working and has trained 100's of practitioners to deliver VR, FCEs and related assessments in the UK and overseas.
