As founder and MD of Woodreed Jo is a passionate advocate of the power of an organisation’s brand to influence, motivate and engage employees. Jo sits on the Advisory Board of Engage for Success (a not-for-profit and the UK’s leading voice on employee engagement) as Partnerships & Strategy Director. She is an experienced and engaging speaker, chair and writer and keeps her voice in tip-top condition by exercising it regularly as co-host of Engage for Success Radio. A regular chair at leading industry events, including Customer and Employee Engagement Summits, the Health and Wellbeing at Work Conference and Business Culture Connected, Jo is also a judge for the international Engage Awards. Jo's personal mission to "Make workplaces better places to be" perfectly aligns with that of Engage for Success - "To inspire people and workplaces to thrive".
