Mary is a Chartered Psychologist, Author and Senior Practitioner Coach (EMCC) who has been working in the Leadership Development/Talent Management field for over 20 years.  Her current role with RCSI Centre for Positive Health Sciences involves working with senior leaders in the healthcare sector.   Mary also leads a successful business psychology practice working in a range of sectors in the area of talent & leadership development.  Prior to joining RCSI, Mary was Head of Talent and Learning for Deloitte Ireland for 7 years.

Mary is an Accredited Senior Professional Executive Coach and Coach Assessor with the European Coaching & Mentoring Council (EMCC) and became an Accredited Coach Supervisor in 2023 (ICCS).  Mary is the current Co-chair of Coaching Psychology Division of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).  Mary most recent book ‘Recruiting Talented Professionals' was published in May 2021.
