Dr Sally Hemming CPsychol is EY's Health and Wellbeing Lead. With over 20 years' HR experience she is a workplace wellbeing practitioner with a technical interest in employer support for workers with long-term chronic health conditions. Sally is a member of the government's Industrial Injuries Advisory Council. Her research work concerning workplace support for workers with long-term health conditions is published in the professional and scientific literature.
