Sue is the Chief Executive of the Arthritis and Musculoskeletal Alliance (ARMA), a role which she took up in February 2017. The Arthritis and Musculoskeletal Alliance (ARMA) brings together brings together patient, research and healthcare professional organisations working in musculoskeletal health. Working together as an alliance ARMA has a powerful voice to influence policy and improve standards of care across the UK.
Sue has over 25 years' experience of policy and influencing work in health and social care. Before joining ARMA, Sue was Head of Public Policy at deafblind charity Sense and Vice-Chair of the Care and Support Alliance and previously worked for Mind. Sue is Vice Chair of VoiceAbility, a charity providing advocacy and involvement services.
