Dr Zofia Bajorek is a senior research fellow at the Institute for Employment Studies.  She specialises in research related to the health and wellbeing of the workforce, ‘good work’, line management and obesity in employment. Over the past 2 years Zofia has featured on HR Magazines Most Influential Thinkers list.
